Arc House produce bespoke designed luxury property marketing brochures. An ideal accompaniment to our beautiful photorealistic CGI’s.
A property brochure is ideal for communicating details such as a project’s location, floor/site plans, bespoke specifications and any further information you would like to add.
Brochures can be supplied in both pdf and print formats. Finishes include gloss, satin or matt paper stock as well as additions such as foil and varnish.
Aerial/Drone and Eye-Level Photomontage
A Photomontage is ideal for showing a building within a real world context by seamlessly placing a 3D model into a photograph. A photomontage can be a critical addition to planning proposals and promotional material.
3D Site and Floor Plans
3D Site Plans are ideal for showing the entire layout of a site and the position and aspect of individual houses. Images can provide scale, size and relationships between a chosen home, neighbouring properties and usage such as roadways and pedestrian access.

360 Degree Virtual Reality Imagery
360 degree imagery provides a fully immersive virtual reality experience. This immersive reality allows for a quick and simple way of communicating ideas and allows the viewer to fully understand a space and its geometry.
Virtual tours can be created by travelling from point to point allowing the user to view a space and structure from multiple perspectives and locations.
Our 360 degree images are simple to operate and can be viewed using a web browser link, downloaded onto a computer, mobile devices and VR headset technology.
